Filling Out an AHP Resolution Application
If your having trouble making your monthly payment to AHP, we’re here to help you. Start the process by completing the AHP Resolution Application. Please read the following instructions carefully to prevent processing delays.
Download the AHP Resolution Application. This package contains a complete set of instructions and form that you need to complete and mail, fax or email to AHP Servicing. We will use the information in this application to evaluate your borrower assistance options.

- Use a separate letter of explanation for each topic (such as a letter explaining why you can’t supply a required document)
