Human Resources Generalist
The HR Generalist supports senior HR Management on a broad range of responsibilities including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and more. Assist with managing HR by developing and maintaining office and company policies, updating company handbooks, employee files, payroll, operations, discipline, recruiting, onboarding, orientation and training and other procedures, as necessary.
The Document Specialist is responsible for maintenance of company loan documents. This role manages the storage, cataloging and retrieval of documents in both paper and digital form. They maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised. They maintain systems for document storage and retrieval and assist other employees on clear and efficient system usage.
IT Service Support Lead
Provide excellent customer service and technical support to computer, phone, and mobile device users. Resolve technical problems in person, over the phone, or through remote assistance applications. Provide complete life cycle management for all technical assets throughout the company and help contribute to efficient end user computing. Responsibilities will also include desktop support, SaaS application administration, cloud infrastructure projects when required, and Cybersecurity investigations and incident response.
This person will record daily and monthly transactional activity while adhering to GAAP and American Homeowners Preservation (AHP) accounting policies that includes record preparation, research, and reporting related to, but not limited to, general ledger activities, month-end closing activities, reconciliation of accounts as directed, financial-related reports, schedules, and audits.
Investor Reporting Analyst III
The Investor Reporting Analyst is responsible for the preparation and review of all servicing investor reports and reconciliations. This position works closely with both the Accounting and Servicing Departments provide accurate and timely reporting to investors, as well as to research and resolve any potential discrepancies. The Investor Reporting Analyst will also be involved in the quality control process and ensuring that industry best practices are being utilized in the servicing of investor loans. The Investor Reporting Analyst exercises considerable independent judgment and can effectively manage multiple priorities autonomously.
Loss Mitigation Default Specialist
The Loss Mitigation Default Specialist will provide a single point of contact to borrowers that need assistance avoiding foreclosure and will work with the borrower by offering retention or liquidation options based on each borrower’s unique circumstance. The Loss Mitigation Default Specialist will be responsible for informing the borrowers of all options, programs and will assist with gathering all the necessary documentation from the borrower to consider other alternatives to foreclosure.
Business Controls Analyst III
The Business Controls Analyst must demonstrate an advanced working knowledge of all servicing responsibilities and its process flows. He/ She will think strategically and apply skills in project management, business analysis, data visualization, change management, troubleshooting, and training to implement business processes. Among their responsibilities include performing research and analysis to identify business and client opportunities, gathering and analyzing data to determine areas needing improvement, implementing solutions against problem areas, assessing workforce performance and workflow procedures, and maintaining records
AVP of Cash Management
The Assistant Vice President, Cash Management is responsible for: ensuring accurate processing of loan payments, payoffs and escrow disbursements; continuous monitoring of cash and escrow processes for accuracy and process improvements.
