AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company located in Chicago’s vibrant Financial District. We are seeking a Servicing Specialist to help with our Loan Administration Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service through oral and written communication
• Maintain detailed and accurate loan files
• Prepare transfer documentation
• Accurately process loan payments and escrow disbursements
• Perform quality control reviews of new loans for onboarding
• Provide accurate data for service transfers and monitor/manage loan servicing tracking items, including property owner's insurance and taxes
• Coordinate transmission of data to load to AHP Servicing
• Organize data by mapping fields into import format
• Scan or transfer important documents from files into servicing system

Role Requirements

• Must be very organized and detail oriented
• Must have good communications skills both on the phone and email
• Must be good at problem solving
• Must have strong work ethic
• Experience using standard business software such as Word and Excel
• Experience in real estate industry
• Must have prior experience to support the required skills
