AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company located in Chicago’s vibrant Financial District. The residential Loan Servicing Specialist is a client facing role. We are seeking a candidate to become a member of our dynamic and growing loan servicing team. You'll be providing compassionate customer care focused on the following servicing areas:

• Respond to research requests, as received
• Responding to borrower inquiries
• Payment processing and collection activity
• Handling loan payoffs and release of mortgages
• Boarding and de-boarding loans
• Escrow loan administration
• Processing insurance loss drafts
• Maintaining accurate loan files
• Process and maintain change-off and recovery transactions

Most importantly, you will be an ambassador for our company's mission to find fast, consensual solutions to problems and provide a great customer experience in the process.

Role Requirements

• Minimum of one year residential loan servicing experience
• Associate's degree or higher
• Intermediate or advanced Excel and Access skills
• Proven customer service experience
• Dynamic, high-performance with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
