Description
AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company located in Chicago’s vibrant Financial District. We are seeking an Assistant to help with property management, real estate sales, and investments.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage communications with tenants and leasing prospects
- Enter and manage information in property management software
- Coordinate with tenants and maintenance staff on maintenance requests
- Work closely with property manager and real estate broker
- Coordinate marketing efforts and incoming sales leads
- Conduct business and communication in a professional manner
- Open mail, scan documents, keep organized digital files
- Create documents and forms
- Complete and submit forms and paperwork as needed
- Manage payment of property and utility bills
- Ensure all activities are well organized
- Create and manage processes to ensure efficient workflow
- Other admin and support activities as needed
Role Requirements
- Must be very organized and detail oriented
- Must have good communications skills both on the phone and email
- Must be good at problem solving
- Must have strong work ethic
- Experience using standard business software such as Word and Excel
- Experience in real estate industry is preferred, but not required
- Must have prior experience to support the required skills
Hours
- 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday-Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Saturday
