Document Management Specialist

Description
AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company. We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to help with our Loan Administration Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate review of documents at initial onboarding of loans
- Coordinate receipt of intervening documents
- Prepare transfer documentation
- Submit documentation for recording with various counties across multiple states
- Research title matters and coordinate resolution when necessary
- Research assets dedicated for sale to ensure quality documentation transfers
- Respond to requests for documents and data between attorneys, servicers, and on some occasion investors
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all collateral files stored
- Prepare monthly reports for use by management as needed
- Work with Trading Department to perform title review during due diligence for potential loan purchases
- Clear title issues
- Serve as back-up to REO Asset Manager on closings
- Prepare collateral transfer deeds
Role Requirements
- Must be very organized and detail oriented
- Must have good communications skills both on the phone and email
- Must be good at problem solving
- Must have strong work ethic
- Experience using standard business software such as Word and Excel
- Experience in real estate industry
- Must have prior experience to support the required skills
