Document Management Specialist

AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company. We are seeking a Document Management Specialist to help with our Loan Administration Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate review of documents at initial onboarding of loans
  • Coordinate receipt of intervening documents
  • Prepare transfer documentation
  • Submit documentation for recording with various counties across multiple states
  • Research title matters and coordinate resolution when necessary
  • Research assets dedicated for sale to ensure quality documentation transfers
  • Respond to requests for documents and data between attorneys, servicers, and on some occasion investors
  • Serve as the gatekeeper for all collateral files stored
  • Prepare monthly reports for use by management as needed
  • Work with Trading Department to perform title review during due diligence for potential loan purchases
  • Clear title issues
  • Serve as back-up to REO Asset Manager on closings
  • Prepare collateral transfer deeds

Role Requirements

  • Must be very organized and detail oriented
  • Must have good communications skills both on the phone and email
  • Must be good at problem solving
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Experience using standard business software such as Word and Excel
  • Experience in real estate industry
  • Must have prior experience to support the required skills
