Vice President, Loan Administration

Description

The Senior Vice President of Loan Administration is responsible for assisting COO with providing oversight of all loan administration servicing functions, investor relationships, call center, property preservation, launching new platforms, leading special projects across departmental lines and positioning the company for growth and scale.

Department Oversight

  • Assist in providing direction to Call Center, Collateral, Documents, Trades department to obtain department goals and objectives
  • Assist management with selection and implementation of automation technologies
  • Assist with implementation of protocols, procedures and processes which strive for excellence in execution
  • Assist and ensure procedures and practices adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements are followed
  • Assist with implementation KPI tracking
  • Maintain reporting for departmental and executive review
  • Oversee outsourcing and Vendor Management
  • Responsible for review and approval of vendor invoices in relation to Servicing Operations
  • Review and provide Tax, Escrow, Hazard, Escrow Analysis and Lereta Delinquency Reporting to Executive Management
  • Monitor Tasks- Escrow, Hazard, Lien, Loss Draft and Tax Queues, Disbursement Requests, Payees Set-up in MSP, Billing Statements via MSP and NCP Portal, BSI and SN Loss Mit/Foreclosure
  • Review Spurs-Main POC for NY, NJ Loss Mit Resolution, Loan Transfer Research Templates, Requests for Proof of Insurance Letters, 60/90 day letters for unpaid non escrowed taxes
  • Manage branch offices, ensure all AHP policies are followed
  • Act as escalation point for all client inquires
  • Require and provide training, continuing education and continual instruction to departmental employees

  • Services as a key point of contact for all items related to BK/FCL
  • Partners with all department leadership in support of strategic goals and objectives

Education/Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in residential loan servicing and / or distressed real estate portfolio management
  • Bachelor Degree or additional years of experience in successfully leading loan servicing and / or residential mortgage functions
  • Strategic mindset to set vision and direction for growth
  • Demonstrated success leading systems conversions, implementing new processes that are scalable and meet business requirements
  • Proven leadership capability to drive change and lead others

EXPECTED HOURS

  • Full time position – regular office hours Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am to 5:00pm (aka, “core hours”) with flexibility on start & end times. Employee must be available during the core hours and will work over a continuous 9-hour timeframe day, with one-hour break for lunch
