Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing various projects in support of AHP Servicing’s short and mid-term objectives.
As a key contributor to the Project Management Office, this cross-functional role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as the day-to-day management of critical, high-profile projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage and facilitate project team meetings
  • Ensure all requirements have been identified, prioritized and approved
  • Follow the RACI format (to ensure accountability)
  • Provide project status updates to the VP of Project Management
  • Build trust and work closely with other project team contributors
  • Manage multiple projects with defined end dates simultaneously
  • Manage, control for changes to a given project mid-stream
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience, related success in a project management capacity
  • Time management and related resource/organization skills
  • Leverage Project Management methodologies (e.g., RACI, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Manage each project “team” to meet the project’s objectives
  • Manage each project to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
  • Fluent with MSFT 365/Office features and functionality (end-user)
  • Ability to manage three to five projects of limited size simultaneously
  • Incorporate new disciplines, tool at direction of VP of Project Management
  • Comfortable leading projects requiring intra-department collaboration
  • Excellent internal and client-facing communication abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results Oriented – proven track record of delivering quantifiable results to an enterprise-level organization
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
  • Accustomed to problem-solving, removing roadblocks and brainstorming

Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in business setting (Ops or Tech)
  • 2+ years of experience leading teams to implement various projects

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience

EXPECTED HOURS

  • Full time position with regular office hours Monday through Friday, typically 8:45 to 5:30 and weekend work may be required from time to time, with some flexibility on start and end times allowed. The employee must be available during the core hours and will work an 8:45- hour day, with a 45 unpaid Lunch breaks and a paid break
