Description

Responsible for system performance, maintenance and data integrations for existing technology deployments as well as the design, installation, configuration, integration, maintenance, security and performance management of new deployments of Black Knight’s software suite including but not limited to MSP, LoanSphere and adjacent technology stacks supporting AHP’s mortgage servicing responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hands-on administration of all Servicing System Functionality and Security for Black Knight applications: MSP (Servicing Platform), Director, Passport, CustomerCare, LoanSphere Web Direct, and Black Knight Client Support Website, including print vendor’s portal
  • Activate, Maintain, Update, Deactivate User Access as instructed
  • Communicate any day-to-day operational issues with BKFS arising from the different functional areas of servicing
  • Create Passport queries as needed
  • Monitor daily MSP reports in the Pentagon MSP Report
  • Ingest, assess and channel relevant MSP & LoanSphere-related information to overall CIO organization – Information Technology, Software Development, Reporting & Analytics, Business Solutions & Training and Loan Boarding Teams
  • Ingest, organize, share applicable MSP & LoanSphere-related information with all other departments within AHP Servicing and sister companies
  • Manage content for Director, CustomerCare and Web Direct applications
  • Assist with seasonal projects directly related to Servicing operations
  • Respond to users requests for process improvement, system enhancement and inquiries regarding mortgage servicing system applications
  • Create, implement approved scripting (per approved requests) – where possible and appropriate, empower end-users to create scrips as well
  • Create, process Passport transactions
  • Responsible for data mapping of MSP workstation to support native reports, data extracts and Passport fields
  • Work closely with the Director, Business Solutions & Training to fully scope, prioritize and implement approved functionality
  • Support broader Loan Servicing reporting needs by working with the Reporting & Analytics Team to deliver the requested, raw MSP-sourced data sets for downstream analysis, customized reports and dashboards
  • Assist with LoanSphere’s Loan Boarding mapping & business rules
  • Configure, maintain and document default templates and steps
  • Implement, maintain Default Reporting needs per Servicing Operations Teams requests through standard MSP workstation configuration
  • Troubleshoot, correct MSP and LoanSphere-related issues
  • Implement, assist business units to maintain BKFS Mod Negotiator and LMTX scripts, including initial setup of tables
  • Implement, maintain LoanSphere Bankruptcy mapping & business rules
  • Implement, maintain LoanSphere Foreclosure mapping & business rules
  • Assist with implementation of projects per management’s direction, performs other duties as assigned by management

Education/Experience

  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with MSP (Black Knight)
  • 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience with LoanSphere (Black Knight)
  • 5+ years of experience with mortgage servicing technology (various)
  • 5+ years of general experience in residential mortgage servicing

Physical Demands

  • This is primarily a desk-based role requiring minimal lifting of files, opening cabinets – as well as limited bending, standing and stooping

Expected Hours

  • Full time position – regular office hours Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am to 5:00pm (aka, “core hours”) with flexibility on start & end times. Employee must be available during the core hours and will work over a continuous 9-hour timeframe day, with one-hour break for lunch

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
