We are looking for eager, dedicated people who support our mission and be a part of the constant growth at AHP. We are seeking a full time Hubspot Marketing Specialist to support our marketing program.
A successful candidate will have a strong digital marketing background and experience nurturing leads and acquiring and engaging with new clients. The person in this role enjoys the challenge of how to grow our house list and increase yield, every day. The role involves building and expanding our relationships with real estate buyers, agents and brokers, and independent real estate investors using multiple coordinated campaigns to increase the impact of our interactive online education. The individual in this role is responsible for all aspects of the HubSpot Marketing Software including implementation, creating all content and workflows, building planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that contribute to the growth and revenue goals. Familiarity with business-to-business demand generation tactics including automated (email), digital (search, social) and account-based marketing is needed and responsible for identifying and tracking analytics across various platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing ( Job Duties )

  • Oversee day-to-day CRM operations for AHP brands. Primary owner and expert of HubSpot - set up, manage, and maintain all marketing automation, workflows, content, and processes, manage lead generation, databases, email reporting, etc.
  • Work across business units and cross-functional teams to build and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that will drive growth and retention
  • Build effective messaging programs that introduce AHP products, services and solutions at the right stages of each client’s journey
  • Building email, push, SMS marketing campaigns and automated workflows in support of all AHP product lines and CRM initiatives
  • Setting up and testing campaign and nurture workflows in Hubspot
  • Analyzing and reporting weekly performance
  • Work closely with leadership on strategies for customer acquisition and retention
  • Creates and maintains documentation on processes, policies, configuration, and user guides

Qualifications we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years hands-on experience in email campaign delivery, setup & analytics
  • 2 years experience with hubspot CRM
  • Expertise with lead nurture and conversion strategies
  • Strong competency with HubSpot automation, including building flows, process builders and workflow rules
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • In-office position, the candidate will be working closely with our current marketing team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate industry or housing related organization or agency
  • Relevant work experience on an in-house communications team
  • Online event marketing experience
  • You’ve worked with journalists, business leaders, and investors and understand the nuances of different stakeholders.

Work schedule

  • Full time position – regular office hours Monday to Friday, typically 8:00am to 5:00pm (aka, “core hours”) with flexibility on start & end times.
  • Be available during the core hours and work over a continuous 9-hour timeframe day, with one-hour break for lunch
  • Work at least 3 days a week with team in office, subject to changes in public policy
