Collection Specialist

AHP Servicing is a young, fast-paced, crowd funded financial services company. We are seeking a Collections Specialist to help with our Loan Administration Department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact customers regarding past due accounts and offer solutions to bring the accounts current including maintaining detailed records of payment arrangements
  • Provide excellent customer service through oral and written communication
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Accurately process loan payments and escrow disbursements
  • Update LOS system with weekly maintenance records
  • Perform quality control reviews of loans as assigned

Role Requirements

  • Must be bilingual (Spanish)
  • Must be very organized and detail oriented
  • Must have good communications skills both on the phone and email
  • Must be good at problem solving
  • Must have strong work ethic
  • Experience using standard business software such as Word and Excel
  • Experience in real estate industry is preferred, but not required
  • Must have prior experience to support the required skills
